103B.651 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Applicability. The definitions in this section apply to sections 103B.655 to 103B.691. § Subd. 2.Board. "Board" means the governing board of the district. § Subd. 3.District. "District" means the White Bear Lake Conservation District. § Subd. 4.Municipality. "Municipality" means the city of White Bear Lake, the town of White Bear, the city of Birchwood, the city of Mahtomedi, or the city of Dellwood. History: 1990 c 391 art 2 s 57
