103D.357 REMOVAL OF MANAGERS. After being provided an opportunity for a hearing before the appointing authority, a manager of a watershed district may be removed from the position by a majority vote of the appointing authority before term expiration for violation of a code of ethics of the watershed district or appointing authority or for malfeasance, nonfeasance, or misfeasance.
