103F.527 CONSERVATION PRACTICES. § Subdivision 1.Approved practices. An approved practice must be consistent with section 103F.505. The landowner is responsible for establishing all approved practices on the easement area as specified by the board. § Subd. 2.Approved practices eligible for reimbursement. The board must determine which approved practices are eligible for payments or reimbursement under a conservation easement program. Food plots are not eligible for payments or reimbursement under a conservation easement program. § Subd. 3.Money from other sources. The board may augment money available to pay for or reimburse approved practices with money from other agencies, organizations, or individuals. History: 2024 c 90 art 3 s 72
