DEFINITIONS.

115.41 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Applicability. The definitions given in this section shall obtain for the purposes of sections 115.41 to 115.53, except as otherwise expressly provided or indicated by the context. § Subd. 2.Additional terms. The definitions given in section 115.01 shall govern for the purposes of sections 115.41 to 115.53, except as otherwise expressly provided or indicated by the context. § Subd. 3.
