116D.06 EFFECT OF EXISTING OBLIGATIONS. § Subdivision 1.Specific statutory obligations. Nothing in sections 116D.03 to 116D.045 shall in any way affect the specific statutory obligations of any state agency to: (1) comply with criteria or standards of environmental quality; (2) coordinate or consult with any federal or state agency; or (3) act or refrain from acting contingent upon the recommendations or certification of any other state agency or federal agency. § Subd. 2.Supplementary.
