116P.02 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Applicability. The definitions in this section apply to this chapter. § Subd. 2. [Repealed, 2006 c 243 s 22] § Subd. 3.Board. "Board" means the State Board of Investment. § Subd. 4.Commission. "Commission" means the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources. § Subd. 5.Natural resources. "Natural resources" includes the outdoor recreation system under section 86A.04 and regional recreation open space systems as defined under section 473.351, subdivision 1. § Subd. 6.Trust fund. "Trust fund" means the Minnesota environment and natural resources trust fund established under Minnesota Constitution, article XI, section 14.
