125A.73 DUTIES OF STATE DEPARTMENTS. § Subdivision 1.Department of Education. The Department of Education must assist the board of the Minnesota State Academies in preparing reports on the academies. § Subd. 2.Department of Management and Budget. The Department of Management and Budget, in cooperation with the board of the Minnesota State Academies, must develop a statement of necessary qualifications and skills for all staff members of the academies.
