128D.09 PACTS WITH CITY FOR SOME FACILITIES, SERVICES. § Subdivision 1.Civil service commission. The school district shall contract with the city of Minneapolis for facilities and services as are furnished by the civil service commission. § Subd. 2.City purchasing and planning; exception. Unless the board of education and city governing body each adopts a resolution declaring that a particular function would be most efficiently and effectively handled separately, the board shall contract on a pro rata cost basis for facilities and services provided by the purchasing department and city planning commission. § Subd. 3.Other city services.
