136A.002 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Scope. For purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. § Subd. 2.Office. "Office" means the Office of Higher Education. § Subd. 3.Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the office. § Subd. 4.Province and provincial.
