142E.06 FEDERAL CHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT FUND. § Subdivision 1.Commissioner to administer program. The commissioner is authorized and directed to receive, administer, and expend funds available under the child care and development fund under Public Law 104-193, Title VI. § Subd. 2.Rulemaking authority. The commissioner may adopt rules under chapter 14 to administer the child care and development fund.
