144.0759 PUBLIC HEALTH AMERICORPS. The commissioner may award a grant to a statewide, nonprofit organization to support Public Health AmeriCorps members. The organization awarded the grant shall provide the commissioner with any information needed by the commissioner to evaluate the program in the form and according to timelines specified by the commissioner.
