15.52 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Application. For the purposes of sections 15.51 to 15.57 the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them in this section. § Subd. 2.Sending agency. "Sending agency" means any department, political subdivision or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under sections 15.51 to 15.57. § Subd. 3.Receiving agency. "Receiving agency" means any department, political subdivision or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government agency under sections 15.51 to 15.57.
