169.40 FIRE TRUCK; FIRE STATION. § Subdivision 1.Following fire truck; parking at fire scene. The driver of any vehicle other than one on official business shall not follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm closer than 500 feet, or drive into or park such vehicle within the block where a fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm. § Subd. 2.Fire station entrance. No person shall drive a vehicle within 50 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station while a fire apparatus is being driven into the fire station unless on official business.
