16C.074 CONSIDERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF METAL RECYCLING FACILITIES. (a) The state, counties, towns, and home rule charter or statutory cities shall include consideration of environmental impacts in selecting a recycling facility for the recycling of scrap metal.
