17.351 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Applicability. The definitions in this section apply to sections 17.352 to 17.354. § Subd. 2. [Repealed, 1996 c 310 s 1] § Subd. 3.Fur-bearing animal. "Fur-bearing animal" means a fox, mink, fitch, chinchilla, karakul, marten, nutria, or fisher that is the second or later generation raised in captivity. § Subd. 4.Fur farmer. "Fur farmer" means a person engaged in breeding, raising, producing, and marketing fur-bearing animals or the products of fur-bearing animals. History: 1985 c 44 s 1
