174.61 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Scope. For the purposes of sections 174.60 to 174.63 the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. § Subd. 2.Corporation. "Corporation" means the National Railroad Passenger Corporation created pursuant to the Rail Passenger Service Act of 1970, Public Law 91-518. § Subd. 3.Governmental unit.
