21.91 SEED CERTIFICATION AGENCIES. § Subdivision 1.Minnesota. The official seed certification agency for Minnesota shall be determined by the commissioner of agriculture and the director of the Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station. § Subd. 2.Other jurisdictions. The official seed certification agency for other jurisdictions shall be determined and the identity filed as a public record in the office of the commissioner of agriculture. The determination shall be made by the commissioner of agriculture and the director of the Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station. History: 1983 c 293 s 50
