302A.419 LOST SHARE CERTIFICATES; REPLACEMENT. § Subdivision 1.Issuance. A new share certificate may be issued pursuant to section 336.8-405 in place of one that is alleged to have been lost, stolen, or destroyed. § Subd. 2.Not overissue.
