308B.231 CURATIVE FILING. If the secretary of state determines that a filing has been made in error by the cooperative, the secretary of state may revoke and expunge the erroneous filing and authorize a curative document to be filed. A filing fee of $500 shall be charged for any such revocation or expungement and subsequent curative filing. History: 2003 c 105 art 1 s 15
