45.43 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. § Subdivision 1.Course completions. Required education must be reported in a manner prescribed by the commissioner within ten days of the course completion. § Subd. 2.Violations and penalties. (a) Each failure to report an individual licensee's course completion in the manner prescribed by subdivision 1 constitutes a separate violation.
