469.080 PLYMOUTH. The city of Plymouth may establish a port authority that has the same powers as a port authority established pursuant to section 469.049. If the city establishes a port authority, the city shall exercise all the powers granted to a city by sections 469.048 to 469.068 or other law. History: 1987 c 291 s 81
