DEFINITIONS.

473.601 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Terms. The following words, terms and phrases shall, for the purposes of sections 473.601 to 473.679 be given the meanings subjoined to them. § Subd. 2.Commission and corporation. "Commission" and "corporation" each means a metropolitan airports commission, organized and existing under the provisions of sections 473.601 to 473.679. § Subd. 3.City council or council. "City council" or "council" means the governing body of each of the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. § Subd. 4.Commissioner. "Commissioner" means a person appointed or otherwise selected as, and, after qualification, acting as, a member of the corporation. § Subd. 5.The commissioners. "The commissioners" means a quorum of the members of the corporation, acting as the governing body of the corporation. § Subd. 6.City or each city.
