5.19 RETURN OF DOCUMENTS. Whenever the secretary of state is required to return a document filed with or submitted to the Office of the Secretary of State, that obligation is satisfied if: (1) the secretary of state provides an image of the document to the person to whom the document is to be returned by electronic mail or facsimile transmission; or (2) the person to whom the document is to be returned is given electronic access, including printing access, to an image of the document.
