609.912 NOTICE TO OTHER PROSECUTING AUTHORITIES. When a county attorney begins an investigation involving sections 609.901 to 609.911, the county attorney shall notify the attorney general. When the attorney general begins an investigation involving sections 609.901 to 609.911, the attorney general shall notify the county attorney of each county in which a substantial part of the investigation is likely to be conducted.
