60L.15 ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS. § Subdivision 1.Authorization. An insurer aggrieved by an order or any other act or failure to act of the commissioner regarding compliance with sections 60L.01 to 60L.15, may request a hearing by following the procedures of chapter 14. § Subd. 2.Private hearing.
