65B.83 ENFORCEMENT. § Subdivision 1.Intentional refusal to release. An insurance company or officer may not intentionally refuse to release any information requested under section 65B.81, subdivision 1. § Subd. 2.Intentional refusal to notify. An insurance company, or its employee or officer, may not intentionally refuse to provide notice or relevant information to authorized persons under section 65B.81, subdivision 2. § Subd. 3.Penalty.
