72A.34 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Scope. When used in sections 72A.33 to 72A.39 the terms defined in this section shall have the meanings given them in this section. § Subd. 2.Unfair Trade Practice Act. "Unfair Trade Practice Act" shall mean the act relating to regulation of trade practices as defined in sections 72A.17 to 72A.32. § Subd. 3.Residents.
