84A.28 DEPARTMENT TO ACCEPT GIFTS. The department may receive for the state and acknowledge any gift, bequest, devise, or grant of land or interests in lands in a project, or of money or personal property of any kind, that it considers suitable for use in connection with the operation, control, development, or use of projects.
