97C.375 TAKING NATIVE ROUGH FISH AND COMMON CARP BY SPEARING. (a) A resident or nonresident may take native rough fish and common carp by spearing according to paragraph (b) and during the times, in waters, and in the manner prescribed by the commissioner.
