97C.415 TROUT AND SALMON. § Subdivision 1.Hours for taking trout restricted. A person may not take trout, except lake trout, between 11:00 p.m. and one hour before sunrise. § Subd. 2.Lake Superior streams. The commissioner may prescribe the open season and conditions for taking brook trout, brown trout, rainbow trout, steelhead trout, and salmon in any portion of a stream that flows into Lake Superior. § Subd. 3.Salmon.
