327.67 FILING OF ORDER. A secured party shall, in the manner provided by the Uniform Commercial Code of this state, record a certified copy of the court order returning possession of a manufactured home to the secured party to perfect title to the manufactured home in the secured party, except in cases of voluntary repossession.
