352B.251 DIRECT STATE AID. § Subdivision 1.Aid. The commissioner of management and budget must transfer $2,300,000 annually from the general fund to the State Patrol retirement fund on or before October 1, 2025, and October 1 of each year thereafter. § Subd. 2.Aid expiration.
