360.061 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Scope. For the purposes of sections 360.061 to 360.074 the terms in this section have the meanings given. § Subd. 2.Airport. The term "airport" includes a restricted landing area. § Subd. 3.Municipality. "Municipality" does not include a county unless the county owns or controls an airport, in which case such county may exercise all the powers granted by said sections to other municipalities. It specifically includes a town, an airport authority, the Metropolitan Airports Commission established and operated pursuant to chapter 473, and the state of Minnesota. § Subd. 4.County.
