375.46 MAY GIVE GENERAL FUND MONEY TO SHERIFF FOR PATROLS. § Subdivision 1.On county roads, highways. A county board may appropriate, out of its general fund, money to permit the sheriff to patrol the roads and highways of the county to investigate conditions respecting observances of laws. § Subd. 2.Must patrol if asked.
