383A.289 ELIGIBLE LISTS. § Subdivision 1.General. The human resources director shall prepare eligible lists as provided in this section. § Subd. 2.Rank. On competitive open and competitive promotional lists eligibles shall be ranked according to their ratings in examinations and any veteran's preference required by law. § Subd. 3.Term of eligibility.
