383C.07 MEMBERS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; TERMS OF OFFICE. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law to the contrary, in St. Louis County every lay member hereafter appointed by the county board to any board or commission heretofore or hereafter created by law, shall be appointed for a term of three years. History: 1965 c 197 s 1; 2025 c 39 art 6 s 23 NOTE: This section is repealed by Laws 2025, chapter 39, article 6, section 23, effective the day after the St. Louis County Board of Commissioners and its chief clerical officer comply with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
