TEMPORARY FILING Title 24 – Mississippi Department of Mental Health Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Certification Criteria (new rule). This is a TEMPORARY filing in a manual format to establish immediately needed criteria for DMH’s certification of eligible agencies as CCBHCs in Mississippi. Through these temporary rules, application for CCBHC certification through DMH is by invitation only for eligible agencies. The Exam Validity Extension Program (EVEP) provides an opportunity for registered representatives and investment adviser representatives to extend their state qualification exams. This program allows industry professionals to maintain their state qualification exams for up to five years if they maintain compliance with their continuing education requirements.
