Amends Rule 12.4 to add a statement that individuals age 60 or older remain exempt from the general work requirements and are prohibited from being required to participate in mandatory E&ampT. Amends Rule 13.1 to increase the upper age exception to 65 and older, establish new exceptions for “an Indian,” “Urban Indian,” and “California Indian,” and repeal exceptions for homeless individuals, veterans, and those 24 and younger who aged out of foster care. Amends Rule 13.6 to increase the upper age exception to 65 and older, establish new exceptions for “an Indian,” “Urban Indian,” and “California Indian,” and add that individuals age 60 or older remain exempt from the general work requirements and are prohibited from being required to participate in mandatory E&ampT. Amends Rule 14.2 to add a statement that individuals age 60 or older remain exempt from the general work requirements and are prohibited from being required to participate in mandatory E&ampT. These amendments are necessary to maintain compliance with the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA)

Amend Rule 4.5.2 to require use of a disclaimer if drawings, specifications, reports or other professional work which were not prepared by or under the responsible control of the architect are shown on unsealed documents containing the architect’s title block and to state that architects shall not delegate critical decision-making responsibilities to automated systems, technological tools, or artificial intelligence (AI); amend Rule 5.9 to add a penalty for failure to comply with continuing education requirements to the list of disciplinary penalties; amend Rule 6.11 to delete language regarding a penalty for late continuing education hours, which is being moved to Rule 5.9
