MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF MARINE RESOURCES PART 1, and PART 17 and portions of PART 13 have been combined into PART 1. All molluscan shellfish related regulations were compiled into Part 01. Duplicates were removed, and code sources were added as references. New formatting was implemented as required by SOS.
