(1) An alternative form or plan of government recommended by a study commission must be submitted to the voters in the same manner as provided in 7-3-149. (2) Ballot requirements and treatment of suboptions on an alternative form or plan of government recommended by a study commission must be the same as for recommendations by petition as provided in 7-3-150 and 7-3-151.
