(1) The commissioners shall appoint a district weed board subject to the provisions of 7-1-201 through 7-1-203. (2) Upon a recommendation from the weed board, the commissioners may appoint a weed coordinator. (3) The commissioners shall approve, approve with revisions, or reject a weed management plan submitted pursuant to 7-22-2121.
