(1) Insofar as the provisions of Chapter 140, Laws of 1935, are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of Chapter 140, Laws of 1935, shall be controlling. (2) Insofar as the provisions of Chapter 193, Laws of 1957, are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of Chapter 193, Laws of 1957, shall be controlling.
