Use Of Fiscal Agent

Any municipality shall have power, in connection with the issuance of refunding bonds: (1) to appoint a fiscal agent; (2) to provide for the powers, duties, and functions and compensation of such fiscal agent; (3) to limit the liabilities of such fiscal agent; (4) to prescribe a method for the resignation, removal, merger, or consolidation of such fiscal agent and the appointment of a successor fiscal agent and the transfer of rights and properties to such successor fiscal agent.
