The notice of public hearing must: (1) be published as provided in 7-1-4127; (2) describe clearly the boundaries of the area under consideration; and (3) state that the report required in 7-2-4731 will be available in the office of the municipal official designated by the governing body at least 14 days prior to the date of the public hearing.
