Circumstances Under Which Previously Written-Off Debt May Be Collected

Mont. Code Ann. § 17-4-108

If a debt previously written off under 17-4-107 subsequently becomes collectible, the department shall proceed to collect the money due pursuant to 17-4-105(1) and 17-4-106.
