Limitations On Payment Of Benefits To Person Causing Member's Death Or Disability

If a person is convicted of knowingly, purposely, or intentionally causing a member's death or disability, that person may not receive benefits or payments from a retirement system and the benefits must be payable as otherwise provided in statute.
