Applicability To Foreign Corporations

In a derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matter covered by this part is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation, except for 35-2-1303, 35-2-1305, and 35-2-1306.
