License Required -- Kinds Of Licenses

(1) Before being issued a license, an applicant may not engage in the practice of medicine in this state. (2) The department may issue two kinds of licenses, a physician's license and a resident license. (3) The board shall provide guidelines by administrative rule for the practice of telemedicine by physicians.
