Practice Without License -- Investigation Of Complaint -- Injunction

(1) The department shall investigate complaints concerning practice by an unlicensed person of activities for which a license is required under this chapter. (2) The department may file an action to enjoin a person from practicing without a license as a professional employer organization or group.
