Definitions

As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) "Commission" means an interlocal cooperation commission established pursuant to 7-11-204. (2) "Principal city" means the city having the largest population in the county under consideration according to the latest federal decennial census. (3) "Unit of local government" means a county, city, or town.
